Youthful You Day Spa late arrival and cancelation policy.
Everyone experiences emergencies and unexpected events. Please contact Youthful You Day Spa in a fair amount of time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do have a waiting list of clients that are willing to fill newly open time. If a client does not show for their appointment and does not call the spa to cancel, a 50% down payment for the next appointment will be required. If this happens twice the client will have to pay for the missed service in full before scheduling with Youthful You Day Spa for any service.
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late to your scheduled appointment. The regular service price will apply. If you arrive MORE THEN 10 MINUTES LATE to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
